Since Monday July 12th there have been 20 new listings, 15 price reductions and 4 sales with the Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors (MLBOR).
In Mammoth, the new listings include 6 condominiums/townhomes ( 2 are distressed properties ), 4 single family residences (1 is a distressed property ), and 3 lots.
The price changes include 6 condominiums/townhomes ( 1 distressed property ), 1 single family residence and 1 lot ( distressed property).
The sales include 2 condominiums and l lot
( distressed property ).
Our Summer is just kicking in and I believe we will be seeing a lot more inventory coming on the market before the snow flies.
